Hello, my name is Nataly ♡ I have been in love with designing my entire life. When I was a little girl, I wanted to be a fashion designer and an artist because I loved using different colors, patterns, and techniques. This is where I learned I had a love for being creative. In my early teen years, this slowly transitioned to learning HTML and creating websites on Tumblr in my free time. When I was in high school, I was a part of the newspaper team, where I was in charge of creating new designs monthly for different interviews, columns, and opinion pieces.

I did not know I could make a career out of designing until I was two years into my academic experience. I was originally a psychology major but I decided to switch to something that I could see myself doing for the rest of my life. I graduated California State University — Sacramento with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. 

I have taken upon a fair amount of projects throughout my time in college. I was creating fun little games and apps in my classes which expanded my knowledge. I started participating in group projects where I was conducting front-end development. After I graduated, I knew there was the perfect career out there for me. After doing research, I found UX/UI design, and decided to get a certificate to expand my skills and knowledge. Nowadays, I am always doing research such as finding articles or videos on how to improve my current UX/UI skills.
